If notes are missing or not appearing across devices, include how you signed in and which device is affected. Humble Zen supports anonymous accounts as well as email, Google, and Apple sign-in.
If something in Humble Zen is not working the way it should, email is the best place to reach us. We can help with account issues, imports, transcription, AI credits, purchases, privacy questions, and account deletion requests.
The app is designed to stay simple, so the support page should be too. These are the most common categories to mention when you reach out.

Humble Zen can work with live recordings, audio and video files, PDFs, and YouTube links. If an import fails, send the source type, file format, and what happened on screen.
Summaries, flashcards, quizzes, chat, and cheat sheets use AI credits. Transcription stays free. If a credit or purchase issue comes up, tell us which feature you used and what you expected to see.
Audio transcription runs on-device. When you use AI tools, only transcript text is sent for processing. If you need account deletion or privacy help, email support and we will take care of it.
A few details make it much easier to troubleshoot quickly. Include whatever you have — no need to write a formal report.
